Delivery status, opens & tracking – Pro
Pro can process technical feedback for sent messages and display it in the conversation history. Subject to availability from the email server, this includes delivered, bounced, deferred and failed signals. Delivery and opens cannot be detected reliably for every provider and email client. Image blocking, proxy caches and missing server feedback can affect the displayed status.
